A new build has been uploaded. No major fixes but now testing to make sure radio is connected and responding prior to starting. If not, then the configuration window is opened instead.
There is still no short term fix for some virus scanners complaining. The long-term fix will be to generate signed executables. That will be done as soon as it is clear there is enough demand to justify the expense.
